Shri A.K. Garg serves as Advisor, Organisation Development & Key Initiatives at Pragyawan Technologies. A retired ITS officer with 37 years of distinguished service, he has held top leadership roles including CMD of MTNL and Director (HR) on the Board of BSNL.

With rich experience across telecom governance, international assignments, and organisational leadership, he brings unmatched strategic insight and institutional expertise. An alumnus of IIT Roorkee and a national trainer in leadership development, Mr. Garg plays a key advisory role in driving transformational initiatives and institutional growth at Pragyawan.
