Dr. Pandian obtained his Phd degree from IIT Delhi in 1984 and has worked as a Faculty in IIT Delhi upto 1995. He established his companies Dr Pandian Farms, DPIT Ltd. dealing with GSM technologies in Training/Projects/OAM. He also worked as professor in leading institutes and as a Technology Head in various industries.

In Pragyawan, Dr. Pandian heads the Technology division as Chief Technology Officer.
