Chairman, Managing Director & CEO

Puneet Jain is the Promoter, Chairman, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of our company. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree in the field of management from Mewar University, Rajasthan and post-graduate diploma in management for working executives from Indian Institute of Management Society, Lucknow. He also holds a master’s degree in business administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a master’s degree in commerce (accounts and law) from Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak.

Prior to joining our company, he was associated with the Madras Aluminium Company Limited as commercial assistant and then got transferred to Sterlite Industries (India) Limited as officer. He also worked at Teracom Limited as president- corporate business. He has over 21 years of experience in various industries. Further, he has been associated with our company since July 2024.
