Rakesh Mohan Agarwal is the Independent Director of our company. He holds a master’s degree in business administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University, New Delhi. He also holds a degree in Bachelor of Engineering (electronics & telecommunication) from Roorkee University.

Prior to joining our company, he was associated with Department of Telecommunications, and ITI Limited as chairman and managing director. He has over 32 years of experience in the telecommunication industry. Further, he has been associated with our company since January 2026.
