Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) has been launched by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, on 15 August, 2019, from the ramparts of the Red Fort. The mission, under implementation, in partnership with the States, aims to enable every household in villages to have Functional Household Tap Connection (FHTC) in the next 5 years Under Jal Jeevan Mission, Pragyawan is empaneled in State Water & Sanitation Mission (SWSM), Uttar Pradesh for supply of Training and Capacity Building Material Kits as well as for providing the training to various stakeholders such as of Technical Support Manpower, Village Level Committees, Newly Elected/ Selected PRI’s Members & Village Level Govt ./Semi Govt . Personnel / Officials / social workers in the field water testing, Electrician, Plumber, Mason, Pump Operator, Motor Mechanic, Fitter etc. at Gram Panchayat and Block levels in the districts of Uttar Pradesh.
